You may just need to give it more time. You can't force a relationship or attraction. The vast majority of my friends get into relationships in circumstances where "it just happened". If these guys and girls who are interested in you are friends, then just hang out with them as you probably already do. Maybe you'll find that you really bond to one of them. I wouldn't say you have bad luck though.
