depends on the person. Some people you need them to jump throw hoops to prove they're not a loser and can pass ur test. Last thing u want to do invest in someone who turns out to be an EPIC loser!

Only if you absolutely KNOW what you're doing. It can be fun to tease and frustrate, but honestly, just play with people you don't care much about. If you're serious about someone, playing games will f*** it all up.
