My fiance and I have an awesome relationship, despite the long distance - he's in England. He's both my lover and my BFF.

So, my fiance plans to immigrate here, to the United States - in 2 years from England. He has an uncle who lives in New York, and I know that there's also some kind of thing you can do if you have a fiance who's immigrating. I just know absolutely nothing about how the procedure goes, and I was hoping someone could tell me how the process works, in lay terms.

So I'm a wee bit depressed, because my fiance and I had a fight the other day in which he accused me of ignoring him, and that I don't appreciate him enough. I was surprised, but he was absolutely right. So I've been trying harder lately to be more attentive to him, and so far he's been noticing it. But what are some things I can do to make him feel extra special? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Tell him to take Zicam that really helps. The chewables are way better then the spray FYI.

Apparently, some people have fleshlight parties, or so I've heard. Kinda gross when you think about it.

This goes out to all the jealous people - how do you keep it under control? For me, my jealous nature can be a huge problem, and at times I find it hard to deal with. How do you normally keep it in check?

Why are you jealous ?

username
username
UgoStrange replied 3 years ago

Jealous is an emotion caused by desire and hatred. Instead of focusing on what makes you jealous, focus on why you're jealous and try to convert that energy into getting what it is your after rather than being jealous of someone who has it. Hope that helps.

Jealousy is just a defense mechanism of the insecure.

So you'd rather people post under fake and meaningless internet names than "anonymous"? What would that change? And it's a major feature and appeal of the site - getting advice without the publicity for you and the people you care about. Are you sure this is the site for you?

this is an open forum where people can ask the questions they want answers to with out fear, the anonymous option is a great part of that. kudos to love_your_stuff they are right

username
username
ScorpionsBeneathMySkin replied 3 years ago

Yet on the other hand, you have people who hide behind the "anonymous" label just to insult people and be immature little goblins, because they're so pathetic that such activities actually provide them with legitimate amusement. I acknowledge and respect the fact that the option of anonymity for a site like this can be helpful for discussing sensitive issues, but its presence is also an invitation
